Just like our beloved Labradors, we love to please. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Please check at payment for the current free shipping threshold.
Returns
We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return

- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
